So for starters it’s never a great idea to take an entire month off of riding and then jump into a race. I did that and even thought I would still be a sandbagger in the sport age group. My goal was accomplished and that was to finish and drink as much beer as possible. Next year Pro class by the way! Also, bad choice to take a nearly 30lb full suspension bike. Good job to Jason, Jeff and the Alderfer gang!
