You have the choice to view photos, videos, do some Internet browsing or playing some music. You can even use it to talk over Skype, since it has its own microphone.
Ultimately, it’s the gaming experience that matters, and this is where the PSP Go shines. It has a larger screen, with improved graphics, so it’s a clear advantage in this department. It also has a better sound system, so you get a better sound, even when you don’t have the headphones on. One option that I enjoy is pausing games, which makes it easy to play when you only have a couple of minutes.
3. The system is 100% portable
You don’t have to carry UMD discs with you anymore. All the content on the PSP Go is digital now, so UMD discs are a thing of the past.
You can choose one of the many games available in Sony’s store, in digital format, which is the way games will be installed in the future as well.
The Sony PlayStation Portable is probably the best portable gaming console available to buy today. It had a great success and even though some people didn’t like the lack of UMD discs, they are starting to be fans of the digital content which can be downloaded from Sony’s store. Buying a PSP Go gives you a great gaming experience, considerably improved over the previous generations of PSP’s.
